5. Usage & Processing Guidelines

- Cutting: Use a standard 45 or 60 blade with medium pressure. Due to the pigment density, blades may wear faster than with standard vinyl.
- Application: Apply to clean, dry, and non-porous surfaces. For large-scale signage, a squeegee or application roller is recommended to ensure a bubble-free finish.
- Storage: Store rolls vertically in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent “edge-glow” activation and adhesive degradation.
