Our Rigid Photoluminescent Plate is a professional-grade, non-electric safety substrate engineered for extreme durability and high-performance light emission. Available in both Rigid PVC and Aluminum-backed configurations, these sheets serve as the structural foundation for fail-safe emergency egress systems, fire safety signage, and maritime identification markers.
Unlike flexible films, the rigid construction provides superior impact resistance and structural integrity, making it the preferred choice for high-traffic industrial environments and extreme weather conditions.
Photoluminescent plate Features & Performance

Fabrication & Installation
- Cutting: Can be easily processed using industrial shears, CNC routers, or laser cutting (Aluminum only).
- Printing: Optimized for solvent, eco-solvent, and UV-curable inks. No specialized primers are usually required for high-quality rigid sheets.
- Mounting: Can be installed using mechanical fasteners (screws/rivets) or high-bond industrial double-sided tapes. The rigid back prevents the “telegraphing” of surface imperfections often seen with thin films.
Safety & Handling
- Eco-Friendly: Niet giftig, niet-radioactief, and lead-free.
- Maintenance: Maintenance-free beyond occasional cleaning. Use a damp cloth to remove dust to ensure maximum light absorption.
- Opslag: Store flat in a dry, ventilated area to prevent warping (for PVC) or surface scratching.
