Lichamelijk & Chemische eigenschappen:

HA-pigment is een geverfd/gepigmenteerd melamine-tolueensulfonamide-formaldehyde thermoplastisch copolymeer.

Gemiddelde deeltjesgrootte ≤10 μm

Verwekingspunt ≥105°C

Olie-absorptie 65 g olie/100 g pigmenten

Kleursterkte(vergeleken met de norm) 100±5%

Volle schaduw(vergeleken met de norm) soortgelijk

Lichtechtheid:

Fluorescerende pigmenten zijn stabiel voor binnenlicht of buitenomstandigheden zonder direct zonlicht. Door blootstelling aan

sunlight, the color will change, whereby the degree of fading depends on the following factors:

■Kleur van het pigment

■Type polymeerdrager

■ Intensiteit van het invallende zonlicht.

■ Pigmentbelasting en dikte van het eindproduct.

Hoe hoger de pigmentconcentratie is, hoe beter de lichtechtheid is.

De lichtechtheid kan worden verbeterd door UV-absorber op te nemen(s) in de formulering en/of door gebruik te maken van duidelijke

overcoats containing UV-absorber(s).

Heat stability:

In tegenstelling tot de HX-serie, HA pigments are not recommended for used applications in injection-molded plastics.

Opslag:

HA fluorescerende pigmenten worden geleverd in dozen met PE

voering, Netto gewicht 25kg. It should be kept in a cool place and

away from heat. All opened bags should be carefully

direct na gebruik opnieuw verzegeld.

Giftigheid:

HA fluorescerende pigmenten zijn in wezen niet giftig en

Ongevaarlijk met extreem laag gehalte aan zware metalen.
