Advanced Strontium Aluminate Technology: Infused with high-density crystals that provide 10x the brightness and longevity of traditional zinc-sulfide materials.
Fail-Safe Illumination: Requires zero electricity or battery backup. Recharges indefinitely from any ambient light source (natural or artificial).
Compliance Ready: Engineered to meet and exceed global safety standards:
- DIN 67510: Performance Class C, D, and E available.
- OMI / SOLAS: Maritime-certified for low-location lighting (LLL).
- ASTM E2072: Standard specification for photoluminescent safety markings.
Structural Integrity: Available in fire-retardant PVC or corrosion-resistant Aluminum. Both options are impact-resistant and designed for long-term installation (15+ years indoor service life).
Print Optimization: The surface is specially treated for high-adhesion silk-screen printing and UV-digital printing, allowing for crisp, high-contrast safety icons and text.

Fabrication & Installation

Cutting: Can be easily processed using industrial shears, CNC routers, or laser cutting (Aluminum only).
Impression: Optimized for solvent, eco-solvent, and UV-curable inks. No specialized primers are usually required for high-quality rigid sheets.
Mounting: Can be installed using mechanical fasteners (screws/rivets) or high-bond industrial double-sided tapes. The rigid back prevents the “telegraphing” of surface imperfections often seen with thin films.

Safety & Handling

Eco-Friendly: Non toxique, non radioactif, and lead-free.
Maintenance: Maintenance-free beyond occasional cleaning. Use a damp cloth to remove dust to ensure maximum light absorption.
Stockage: Store flat in a dry, ventilated area to prevent warping (for PVC) or surface scratching.
