Glow in the dark masterbatch – Product Description

Glow in the dark masterbatch Properties :
Applications:
How to Use Glow in the dark Masterbatch ?
Mixing Ratio: Mix 5%–20% photoluminescent pellets avec 97%–85% natural plastic resin pellets (PP, PE, ABS, PS, PVC, EVA, etc.).
Higher ratio: Brighter and longer glow (Photoluminescent pigment loading as high as 50%)
Drying (If Needed): If the material is hygroscopic (ANIMAL DE COMPAGNIE, PA,PETG), dry at 70–85°C for 2–3 Hours to avoid bubbles or poor surface finish.
Processing: Use in normal plastic production processes:
- Injection molding
- Extrusion (sheets, profiles, pipes)
- Blow molding
- Film blowing
- 3D printing filaments
Set temperature according to the base plastic resin, not the luminous masterbatch.
Moulage & Cooling
- Process under normal pressure and speed.
- Cool products naturally or with water cooling.
Activating the Glow
- Expose the finished product to natural light, indoor light, or UV light for 3–10 minutes.
- It will glow brightly in dark environments for several hours.
Tips
- Avoid overheating to prevent color change or reduced brightness.
- Do not mix with dark or heavily pigmented resins, as they may block light absorption.
- For best glow performance, use light-colored base resins (blanc, transparent, natural).
