Fabrication & Installation
- Cutting: Can be easily processed using industrial shears, CNC routers, or laser cutting (Aluminum only).
- Printing: Optimized for solvent, eco-solvent, and UV-curable inks. No specialized primers are usually required for high-quality rigid sheets.
- Mounting: Can be installed using mechanical fasteners (screws/rivets) or high-bond industrial double-sided tapes. The rigid back prevents the “telegraphing” of surface imperfections often seen with thin films.
Safety & Handling
